Evening guys
Removed my P4, KHD & slave 4 pump doser this evening to install a new return. Plugged everything back in and now none of the pumps on the slave doser will work on speed 3 - they just stick. I've had a couple of issues recently with the dosing tube detaching itself from between the KHD waste output to the pump head. I am aware of not allowing the vent tubing or waste to go beneath the container so that isn't causing the issue, ive always just re-attached and carried on.
I've dismantled all 4 pump heads to check and tried to spin the spindle without any rollers or tubing in, they still all stick. I really hope this is something simple as I am going away tomorrow and wanting the peace of mind.
