myGHL issues

I have lost the ability to log on with myGHL. I'm not sure when I lost it since I only use it when I travel. It worked fine in June. My P4 is no longer listed in myGHL when I log on. When I try to add it I get a message saying "The security key entered is invalid". I also noticed the security key on my P4 has changed since I first recieved the device. Neither the new key listed on GCC or the old one I stored in my password manager works. The "Connected with myGHL box is checked on the Communication page in GCC.

I am running GCC 1.1.1.8, firmware 7.16, newest WiFi module 6816. 6818 is listed as the newest in the change log, but 6816 is what keeps getting loaded. Something is wrong here. Typo maybe in change log?

I also had e-mail notifications working fine until July 12. Now, nothing. I tried the SMTP servers & credentials of all 4 of my e-mail accounts and nothing seems to work.

Hello Bob,

the SecurityKey is generated on the myGHL-server and sent to your ProfiLux4.
After this, you have a time window of three minutes until it gets invalid. Maybe this is the reason for the error message.

In order to setup mail, check the allow-third-party-apps in your mail account settings:

PS: We fixed the WiFi-firmware type: correct is 6816

I didn't realize the security key was constantly being refreshed! That solved the problem with my GHL! Thanks!

I had followed directions in the link: https://forum.aquariumcomputer.com/s...ith-ProfiLux-4 without success. I'll open a Support-Ticket and include all the details.
