Trouble setting up new P4 units

I'm having a hard time setting up my new P4 in GCC. Mind you,I do not have the PAB 5.1 yet. The P4 does not show under device. I think it has something todo with the USBcom driver. it won't allow me to finish installing it.


Please help this newbie!!!
