In my quest to sort out my chart issue I updated GCC to 1.1.1.7 and the latest WiFi firmare, my pH, redox and salinity readings all took a nose dive after the update. I realised I had updated to a beta version so I installed 1.1.1.6 instead, I can no longer access myGHL or connect via iOS. I tried going back to the beta version but I still can’t use the app or myGHL.

All I get on the app is:
10980

On myGHL all I get is:
10981

I’ve tried opening a support ticket as I’m going round in circles but when I put my username and password in it says the password is wrong. When I try to register, the page has too many redirects and timed out!

My firmware is 715 and my WiFi is 6772

Yup I have the same on the new build not the best update in the world. I also have to reboot my controller every day it just hangs nothing responds.

Have you tried to reboot the controller and see if the app works mine does for little while once rebooted.

I’ve not noticed the controller hanging or freezing. Rebooting does nothing for connectivity, I can connect through GCC both wired and wireless.

When opening a support ticket do I use the forum username/password or do I need to register separately?

Hayes10,

Have you tried deleting this connection in the app and creating a new one?

Vinny,

I managed to open a support ticket for this.

The connection problem has been solved by changing the DNS setting in GCC Communication from 0.0.0.0 to 1.1.1.1
