Titration taking to long

I am getting the above message, I have re calibrated the pumps and probe and still getting this message.

Please can you advise? If there is anything else I can do to resolve this problem?

When the KHD begins its test, do you see the reagent head moving slowly?

Perhaps the walls of the internal reagent tube are stuck together after the pinch valve is released.
