Error in download over USB

If using flash tool over RS232 the download fails.

if then you try to go back to previous version this fails at chip erase it just hangs.

If I try again I get blank check aborted timed out

Please advise?

got it back up and running only by reloading Macna firmware and using original download tool made available to Beta testers.

Now running V5.0H on F/w and S/w

I wrote it before but it seems it was not read from everyone:

first update the firmware
then update ProfiLuxControl to 5.0.0.5

The update from from v5.00g to V5.00h is not possible with ProfiLuxControl 5.0.0.5!!! You must use ProfiLuxControl 5.0.0.4!
Once ProfiLux has been updated to V5.00h ProfiLuxControl 5.0.0.5 can be used!

If you did not follow these instructions then you will need a recovery with the Flash-FR tool!
