Hi all,

Using GCC 1113 and same with 1114 I have two weird issues.


When using "Activate Manual Override" and then closing down GCC (without any errors) I then go to my P4 but it is still flashing "Manual Override". I turned this OFF in GCC and even closed down GCC but it stays in Manual Override. I have to reopen GCC and then tick it and untick it....
2. Is with a normal Plug bar (not digital) just with On and Off. Also I set the digital Temp sensor on the P4 to nominal value 25 (TEMP 1) then setup the switch, to heat using TEMP 1. But they just just stay on......... Then go back into GCC Activate Manual Override and then untick it and the Switch turns off like they should. It's just not reliable. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I have tried (1) with GCC v1114 and have not experienced this issue you describe. Which powerbar do you have connected to the P4?

Firmware of P4?

What do you mean by normal plug bar? Exact product name please.



Regarding the TEMPERATURE heater function
1. Select the desired temperature probe to view its settings page.
2. Set desired temperature; nominal value
3. Go to SWITCH CHANNELS AND OUTLETS settings page and select outlet that has the heater connected to it.
4. Set the function to TEMPERATURE HEATER, click OK, then SAVE CHANGES.

If it does not work for you, please post screenshot of your temperature probe settings and sockets settings page.

Thank you for the info.

To which port do you have the STDL4-4 connected to?
If you manually control sockets 1-4, do the outlets react to your on/off commands?

If you manually control sockets 1-4, do the outlets react to your on/off commands?Correct they connected to S1-4. Yes if I manually control the ports they turn on and off so the communication is working between the P4 and the plug bar.

That's what makes this so weird.
