I have watched video yet still get error code when trying to install current software. I have never been able to log on and make changes without error 28 or 50. Please help

What exactly are you trying to do?

You mention trying to login, but GCC requires no login.

To better assist, we need a lot more information.

Device being used?
Firmware version of device?
If connecting to ProfiLux 4 or Mitras LX7, what is the firmware version of the WiFi module? (See COMMUNICATION settings page)
Version of GHL Control Center being used? (Click top right (?) icon in GCC)
Are you trying to connect using AUTO IP or STATIC IP?
Placement of device? In the stand? Out in the open?
Average distance from device when trying to connect?
Can you successfully ping the IP address of the device?

When following the video, after changing doser to CLIENT MODE and inputting your WiFi network info, make sure you click DISCONNECT for the new settings to go into effect.
