doser alarm

help but understanding of a KHD / Doser alarm.
I finally got my KHD up and at all tests there is a message - OK Error: Doser not responding - what does this mean? Is there a defect in the doser?

Doser 2.1 slave run "normal" speed is set 0 (4.65 ml)

are there anyone who knows about this problem and can help

problem solved, doses were damaged when KHDér broke
