Floater inconsistent

Hi! I have a floater for ato. I have the p4 7.11. The sensor has to be 3cm under water to shut of the water. But to get it going i have to raise it up. Is the sensor defect? Its brand new.

If you need to move the floater upwards to get it to react, then it sounds like the sensor is upside down. Either place the sensor upwards or change the behavior of this sensor to INVERTED.

You can find this option in the LEVEL settings page, see Settings and states level-sensor. Select the sensor number you are using and set the inverted option to YES.

Hmm the cord is up. Should it be under? Its not inverted and the cord is up. Wrong?

Cord should be upwards.

Which LEVEL function are you using for ATO?

Toggle the sensor and take a look at the state of this sensor. Also check to see you get this same reaction when connected to another LEVEL port.

Tried channel 3 instead of 1. Toggled it etc. Same problem
