Hi can anyone help please?
Myghl is showing my doser 2 is offline. Or the internet symbol is black instead of the green.
How do I fix this?

This might be related to your network configuration, especially DNS-IP-address and Gateway-IP are important.

I've already set the dns-ip and the gateway-ip.
Everything was working fine and I'm working away from home so nothing has been changed.
Is there any way I can check them whilst away from home?

If you have access to your home network, you could use GHL Control Center over network
and watch from there, why the connection to myGHL got lost.

If this issue persist, open a support ticket with the related information including myGHL-ID, serialnumber.
