Doser 2.1 GCC error code: 28 & 50

I just got a doser 2.1 last night. I got it set up with wifi connection. I am now able to use the GHL connect app on android, but if I try to use GCC on my computer I quickly get an error code: 28 and sometimes 50. I originally had GCC V1.1.13, I uninstalled that and tried V1.1.12. Still getting same error. When I installed the older version it still had all the same settings though, is that normal?

So I did the emergency reflash. Everything works fine when I am connected with the usb. When I connect with WiFi it seems to work sometimes. I can press the pumps to manually dose, but if I try to manually dose a specific amount then I still get code 28 followed by 50 and forces me to shutdown GCC.
