I can't seem to find an easy way to turn the Mitras lx7206 on and off. without going into a program set. Am I missing something ?

I am not sure what you mean. Of course you need some settings ("program") if it should dim up and down automatically.

Oh I understand that but say for instance I want to shut the lights off after they have been on half the day and full bright without going into a program is there way to hit one button and turn on and off the lights aside from unpuging and I know thats bad for the lights because of heat and unplugging will turn off the fans BAD !!
