Unable to register my GHL 2.1 Doser

Hey all,

Wondering If you can help with an issue I have.

I bought a GHL 2.1 Doser last year from another reefer and only started to use it. Everything working great apart from registering on MyGHL forum.

I have this message appearing when running the process of registration.

Only issue is I'm unable to contact the seller due to not responding to my request to unregister the device from his/her MyGHL account.

Can you help please?
