mitras firmware update

i cant seem to update my firmware on mitras 6200

the error message i keep getting is
PLEASE RESET THE MICROCONTROLLER ON USERBOARD. THEN PUSH OK BUTTON.

I did all that many times and removed and reinstalled the program and made sure the driver was correct as well

i have 4 of these lights and all the same issue ,

any ideas ?

You should not have to do anything as this message should disappear on its own.

If the message does not disappear, have you tried just pressing OK?

Please post screenshots of your device maker window when connected over USB.

What windows OS are you running?
Have you followed our how to video?
