Mitras will not accept new firmware

I’m trying to install 4 6200 mitras but having a few issues with firmware upgrade.
And registration for the new devices .
I have tried searching for answers but coming close to throwing the lot up for sale.
Ghl is not user friendly in my opinion
Anyone having same problem
