I suddenly cannot connect to the myGHL, it worked fine for the last 2 months, it just suddenly didn't work. I have restarted the P4, but still nothing. The myGHL logo is flashing on the screen. Is it just me or you guys also have this problem? Thanks.

What color is the GHL logo flashing?

Are you able to connect to your P4 via GCC (Wi-Fi) and the app?

Not the GHL logo on the top of the P4, but the myGHL logo on the screen.
Can connect via GCC (Wi-Fi) and the app within the home network.

I disabled the blinking, I just switched it on and it's blinking white.

What is the WiFi module firmware version running on your P4?

Wifi Module firmware is 6512
P4 firmware 7.08

Please remove the device from your myGHL account and re-assign.

Vinny, I tried re-assign the device but still didn't work. But after re-starting my router and moderm for a couple of times, myGHL suddenly back online. Really don't understand why this happened, but thanks for support anyway.

we found out that under certain circumstances with some routers there might be problems with a re-connecting (when the connection in your network was lost)

-> we have a new WiFi module firmware for your ProfiLux (and Mitras), this will be published in a day or two
