I would like to inform you about the current state regarding the delivery of GHL Doser Maxi and KH Director.
It was planned to have delivered the most customers before Christmas, but unfortunately we couldn't make it.
We are about 2 weeks behind the actual schedule, which has various reasons. This results in the following delivery times:
- The delivery of the GHL Doser starts on 18. Dec. 2017
- The delivery of the KH Director begins on 21. Dec. 2017
As previously announced, delivery will be in the order as we received the binding orders.
Due to the huge number (four-digit!) of pre-orders, it will take from today's perspective, about 3-4 weeks to complete all currently open orders.
Of course, we do everything we can to keep waiting times for everyone as low as possible.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust in advance and to ask for a little more patience.
In any case, here come two amazing new products - I'm convinced that was worth the wait.
PS: Please consider the shipment time from GHL to your dealer when you ordered over a dealer.
