Hi,

My tank is 72" x 30" x 30" (180cm x 75cm x 75cm) and I've ordered 3 Mitras LX7206 to light my tank.

The tank is a peninsula and will have a central rock scape. Which of these 2 setups would be best?

Would 3 be enough??

Many thanks

Hi CraigH
3 LX are enough, I would take the "long" version. With the "Wide" version you probably have too much light outside the aquarium.

Hi together

I will get exactly the same tank in the next days and I think if I should take one more to the 3 ordered LX7 Mitras.
I am afraid that the bridge in the middle of thr thank swallows the light of the middle mitras.

What do you think about that?
And how do you hang up the lamps?

greetings from Switzerland

Hallo Mirco
Even long. If the bridge is made of glass, this would not be a problem.
If you have 4 LX, it's probably better if you order them "wide". Left and right of the bridge 2 each, otherwise you would have a "lighting length" of about 240cm.

I have the same size tank, I decided to go with 4 LX 7206.

I decided to put 2 on each side of the center brace, but also my rock scape will be 2 islands on each side of the tank.
