firmware update failed

Hi!

i am trying to upgrade my profilux 3 ex from firmware 5.11 to 6.29 using usb-usb cable. I used Profilux control 5.7.2. It failed with error 8 flash erase. What should i do?

Confirm the update on the device itself before proceeding with the update.

Yes i have confirmed it on the profilux and still same result

Use an RS232 / USB adapter for the update.
