Hello. I would like to control a deltec e-flow pump using Profilux 4 ( http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/deltec-e-flow-16 ). Is it possible? What do I need?

Hi,

In looking at their Controller Panel, it doesn't look like this pump has any port which would allow for external control via a 3rd party controller. Their product description page also makes no mention of being controllable by anything other than the connected control piece. If that's the case, ProfiLux won't be able to control it because the pump does not have any port which would allow it to do anything more than turn ON/OFF.

Yes thats fully possible. You need to buy an e-box http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/e-box-controller-e-flow-pump This controller got a regular 0-10V port that should work perfectly with the P4, but it might need some DIY to connect it to the P4, but nothing difficult. I guess its out or Warranty to DIY, but maybe Vinny could answear if making own 0-10V cables to 0-10V ports is ok.

If this part can be connected to the pump, then yes the P4 can control the pump. In that case, you would need our LBF-AP accessory.

You would need their control cable to connect it to the LBF-AP box. From the AP box, we include the cable to connect it to the L-port on the P4.

You also need a cable between the LBF-AP and the deltec controller. Strangely enough its not much information about that cable, so I would suggest you call deltec and ask them about the 1-10v output on the e-box (and tell us here) what kind of connector or cable will fit their port.
