can anyone please help me with this. I upgraded my profilux 3x to new firmware and now i cant see my profilux touch in the my gcc. could you please tell what is it i am doing wrong. TIA

Go to the SYSTEM settings page and see if it is still assigned to your ProfiLux. If not, reassign it.
