About GHL PropellerControl

Hello, I‘m going to by a PropellerControl, there have two questions,
1. Is the PropellerControl contain a 1-10v cable? If I need to buy the cable,which one should be choose.
2. Can I control the fans switch off or on via 1-10v interface not only control the speed low or fast.

Hello,

the cable for the Propeller Control is included in the shipment.

You can still turn the Fans completely on or off as well as the speed.
