Hi to all,

i have an issue controlling my 4 tunze 6095 pumps.
Pump1 and Pump2 are connected to L1L2 via y cable and tunze 1 and 2 control cables
Pump3 and Pump4 are connected to L3L4 via y cable and tunze 1 and 2 control cables

Steam Group configuration as follows:
Steam Group 1:
8909
Steam Group 2:
8910

Pumps on steam group 2 are working fine

I am only having trouble with Pump1/L1 on Steam Group 1 that is not running. Different pumps were tested, different y cable and different control cables (control cables were also switched).
After many tests, I found something curious:
The only time Pump1/L1 is running is when Pump2/L2 is stopped. But when Pump2/L2 starts Pump1/L1 Stops. Configuration tested on Steam Group 1 with Pump2/L2 minimum speed to 0:
8911

Tunze with 20v jumpers and set at 3 to 10 for the 1-10 voltage. Voltage always presented.
8908

Profilux 3.1T eX / firmware 6.29
8907

Thanks All

Switch the voltage to 3-8v. That is how you are suppose to have them. See if that helps you.

Hi,

Pump 1 stops when Pump 2 runs and vise versa because you have the mode set to Permanent Opposite.

Here is the explanation from our Programming Guide:
Permanent Opposite- The pumps are permanently active and operate alternating. If pump 1 runs at maximum speed, pump 2 runs at minimum speed and vice versa.
