cant connect to P3

I have recently changed to a sky router and I can not connect via GCC and my home network, i have tried putting the IP adreess of my P3 in the web browser and it does not show the webserver interface, also on myghl it shows my p3 as offline


please can you advise on how to resolve this please

If you changed your router, then you must connect to the P3 via USB and check to see what IP address was assigned to the P3. If you originally had a static IP address assigned, then you must update the LAN settings in the P3 to match the new default gateway of your sky router.
