PH expansion card

I received my pH expansion card today. I installed into slot 0 of my profilux II EX. When I plug the unit back into the power supply, it registers pH slot 0. However, it doesn't show up when I open my software and look under probes. Do I need to do something to get it to show up? I am new to this and apologize if I am making a silly error. Thank you for your help.

slot 0 in the eX-version can't be used for measurement cards (is mentioned in the manual)
-> please use slot 1 or 2 for the pH-card
