I am considering getting a moon light stick

Will I get away with 1 for an 8ft tank, or will I need more than that?

I think this is approx. 2.5m? The stick is about 55cm, you better use 2

what is better? I can't decide this for you, it depends on what you want to achieve - a spot light or not
