Setting up fan to reduce temperature and every 45 minutes

hello,

can somebody please help. I have installed an extractor fan in my fishroom and wish for it to do the following:

Switch on for 15 mins of every hour during the lighting periods (Timer 9)
Also
In addition switch on as and when needed to reduce the temperature (temperature 1 -chiller)

I have made both inputs but not sure what the correct programme logic would be

I have set it as
input 1 - timer 9
input 2- chiller
logic - OR

is this correct?
