anyone can help?

I double checked and it looks like two pumps give me 40ml per minute and one gives me 60ml per minute. I know how can I adjust to get my numbers right on Profilux controller - but my concern is how to make them work on the same flow? please help.

you can't change the flow of the pump, instead you can tell the dosing unit the correct amount ("calibrate" it) and all dosings will be based on this data and be correct

great - so I did that and corrected the flow per minute in profilux data.

can i know why there is a difference from pump to pump in general? how often should i check pumps and calibrate them?

these are mechanical tolerances during production, this is normal and no reason to worry about

the flow usually doesn't change much during operation, all 3-6 months should be enough
