Touch sound very low

After updating my profilux3, the volume of the touch very low, I reinstalled the touch firmware and still the same , the unit is less than - week old

Was the sound louder before the firmware update?

Was loud before installing the p3 and then shortly after, I reinstalled the firmware again on the p3 after flashing it still same issue.

Can you please perform a firmware update again on this device?

Please let us know if the issue still persists even after another FW update.

The volume cannot be adjusted in the firmware, so downgrading or upgrading will not cause this.
