Hi
i am having a problem changing one of the three mitras i have from a 6100 to 6200... using the control center I change model to 6200HV it asks me to reboot. i assume "rebooting" is achieved by cycling the power. The other 2 mitras changed to 6200HV when i upgraded the firmware. the only other thing of note is the serial number appears as "0" unlike the other two.
any help would be appriciated
