Can someone explain to me what what the absorption settings chlorophyl A, B and violuxanthin do with the Mitras lightbars. Cannot really find that anywere. Why should I set this absorptions on?

chlorophyll A, B (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorophyll) shows the optimal spectra nessesary for growth of plants or corals.
violuxanthin (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Violaxanthin) is a precursor of abscisic acid. This acid protects plants against too much light.
You can adjust better the light of lightbars with this information

ok, now I think I understand. So these are ment as guidance and are not settings?

I really like the GHL equipment, but the user manuals are not very good and hardly no explanation on their products. Something to improve!!!
