Hi!
I am using a floater sensor on the top of the sump as a leakage detection to detect any overflow incident.
Then a configured a socket with fill water function and inverted behavior, so in case of overflow there's a audible alarm, email alert and a pump is turned draining the excess water from the sump.
I don't know if there was any other way of doing it, but it looks it works, unless I activate from profilux touch a maintenance task, then in case of overflow the sensor is activated but the alarm and socket are not. Is there a solution?
Another problem is that, during maintenance by accident I disconnected the sensor cable from the back of the profilux, and happens that the leakage sensor was turned on (false alarm) and the pump started to drain the water from the sump. Any solution for it?
