DOSER 2 smallest dose possible

what is the smallest dose possible on doser 2
have the latest firmware/software installed

I have calibrated the pumps on 0 setting and tried to dose 1.5ml and it only doses 1ml

in the sales information it says
Flow rate
Flow rate adjustable: approx. 8 ml/minute ... 45 ml/minute
Dosing volume adjusted to 0,1 ml

any help with this,

Have you fully primed the lines to remove trapped air bubbles?
After calibration, did you update the flow rate and input the new flow rate?

Make sure you save your settings after calibrating each pump.

All the above done,
I am using silicon 1.5mm bore tubing
If ai try manual dose to dose 0.5ml it does not dose, if maul dose 2ml ok

question how do i dose small amout e.g. 0.3ml

First we should make sure the pump head is spinning at the correct speed. Can you post a video of the pump head spinning? It should be very slow.

After calibrating the pump and saving the settings, specifying the dose amount is all that needs to be done to get it to dose in 0.1ml increments.

I have tried the above and i have gone to default setting and set the pump calibration all is ok pump spins very slow flow rate set at 5.5
as i have said when i ask to dose 0.1ml ect manual dose it dose not dose ,if i ask 1ml it doses 1ml

just tried the above on setting 1 same result will dose 1ml ok but not 0.1 etc

I have figured that the manual dose dosed not dose in 0.1ml incremnts
pumps dose 0.1ml in timed settings

also noted that manual dose dose not dose the correct dose (pumps calibrated and tested in timed settings)
