Have a general question.
Starting last night I am receiving messages in the following format.
http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/08/03/54681378a80f68e0d24a37c2a22b0633.jpg
Can anyone tell me what do those letter at the end of each line mean? Or better yet what can I do to stop it?
Before last night it used to be like this

Running latest SW and FW.
Thanks in advance.

Did you changed anything before it started?
Did you a firmware update, changed the settings or changed the hardware?

NO
Nothing changed.
ZERO changes to ANYTHING.

This issue started from one night to another.

Try to delete and enter the sms text in ProfiLux again.
If this not works I can't tell you more, maybe the provider changed something.

???

what is this supposed to mean?

so we have this situation:

a) GHL didn't change anything, neither in the SMS unit firmware nor in the ProfiLux in regards to the SMS transmission
b) the user didn't change any settings
c) the hardware was not changed
d) the issue came over night
e) the SMS unit is brand new

What conclusion does this left?
Maybe something in the whole transmission path - between SMS unit to the cellphone - has been changed.

just recently we replaced this SMS unit, you have a brand new one (the other one we got back worked all the time here without issues), so I doubt that this brand new unit has a problem

Maybe one more test: try to send the SMS to another cell phone, maybe even in another network, and see what happens

Deleted all SMS input on GHL control and re wrote them again. No issues after that. Back to normal.
