doser 2 stuck on step 4 during the firmware update, the status light on the doser is blue but the, but the message on the computer screen is stuck once again in step 4, saying please wait till update has been completed... any help will be appreciated

No I just recieved this doser a few days ago, love it but finally worked up the attitude to try the firmware update following the instructions on the GHL website but it just seem to be hung on please wait, little ********** right now

Hello,

we have a step by step manual for the firmware update in our download-area.
The firmware update works only with Windows or Windows installed with bootcamp on a Mac.
If you use Parallels it will not work because Parallels have a driver problem.

Thank you, I was using the downloaded instructions, and a windows computer. I believe the problem is my computer however.
Finally backed out and restarted my computer and it upgraded the firmware nicely!!!
