Unable to Dim Light Bar via GHL software

Hi,

-Serial Cable has been connected to profilux
-Serial Cable female has been connected to LB splitter
-light bars have been connected to Splitter
-splitter has been connected to power supply
-power supply has been turned on - but when I try to use the software to control it or each channel it stays on 100%
soon as its plugged in it goes on 100%
help please

You have to assign the RS232 port to the lightbar first

Managed to get this going just before you replied . Would have been good to have a manual though esp for the initial setup.
Is it possible for me to change the illumination channel colors ?

Also whats the depth these will get too.
