Ex card profilux 2 plus instalation

Hello my name is leen walker from holland.
My profilux 2plus ex is broken by a electric shortcut
I bought an profilux 2 plus . (No ex)
Now i put in the ex card but i can not find the censors on it.
What do i have to do?
Do i have to upgrade the software on the box?
I also cant find my view on the laptop

try to do an Hardware-Upgrade extended in ProfiLuxControl under Extras.

So that worked but now i will get an (communications error code 28)
Working on windows 8
Profilux control v 5.1.7.2
Profilux software 5.05
Who can help please?
