Just wanted to confirm that the 60cm led deep actinic bar has five clusters and runs at 33w output ? And the 50cm bar @ 26w. Does that mean each bulb is running at aprox 1w ?

You're right, the max. power input for 60 cm is 33W, for 50cm it is 26W.
