Turn of socket when is alarm from powerbar - How make this ?

I have device connected to 2 sockets. (Bio pellet reactor )
And how make that:
When is error on PAB or socket is turn off
Turn of second socket ?

What turns it on in the first place?
What is the first socket running exactly and what is the second socket running exactly?

1 is on PAB socket
2 is on analog socket.

And i want
if PAB error turn of socket on analog bar

No way I can see to do this!
GHL will need to put the PAB alarm function into their programmable logic.
make a request in the customer wishes list.
I note that PL is very limited to do some things.
