I have buy EXBox ( I checked and it's v 1.01)
I connected to the system but i don't see PAB
I have firmware 6.15
I reset PAB from computer but i see only PAB to assing
I try connection Profilux - PAB PowerBar - Expansion box
and profilux - expansion box - pab power bar
That same problem
Where is problem ?

Have you assigned the pab devices on the profilux unit (not on computer)?
Problem is because i don't see nothing on profilux unit too, only my PAB PowerBar
can, or have you tested an other PAB Cable?
I have 2 PAB cables
New and old(black and grey)
On all i don't see ExBox but on all i see PAB PowerBar, so cable is ok

do you see the expansionbox if you navigate directly on the ProfiLux to System -> Configure PAB -> Assign devices?
If you can see the expansion box than mark it with a X and assign it.
IF you still don't see the box, please try to connect the expansionbox without the powerbar and check if you can assign it.
As second step you can try to do a pab reset directly on the ProfiLux (System -> Confirgure PAB ->PAB System reset) and try to assign the box.
The last thing you can try is to do an emergency update of the expansion box. You can download the firmware in our download area.
For the update you must unplug all other PAB devices and only connect the expansion box.
You can start the firmware update with GHL Control Center and follow the instructions:

I make emergrncy update, now i see EXbox but when i transfer software is error on end

What is next step ?
You need to do the mergency update, please follow this insctuctions:
1. Unplug all PAB cables from your ProfiLux.
2. Connect only the ExpansionBox to your ProfiLux and make sure all other device are disconnected from the ProfiLux.
3. Unplug the power cable from the ExpansionBox.
4. Open GHL Control Center and connect to your ProfiLux.
5. Click Firmwareupdate... in the top menu:

6. Check the checkbox and the confirm button:

7. Open the firmware of the ExpansionBox:

8. click Ok in this window:

10. Connect the power cable to your ExpansionBox and click as fast as possible OK in this window:

11. Wait until the update is done and click OK in the next window:

12. restart the ProfiLux and ExpansionBox (unplug power cable), open the menu directly on the ProfiLux, navigate to System -> Configure PAB -> Assign devices and asign the ExpansionBox.

If you followed the instructions (Step 10 is very important) and the expansionbox still does not work, please contact your retailer for sending it back.
