Default "Access Denied" - You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page.

Finally decided to dive into ding the upgrades I am getting alerts about. Knew there was going to be problems. Dint think the biggest roadblock would just be downloading the updates from the site.

    I click Download.

I get - Access Denied - You do not have permission to view this page.

I have tried this on multiple browsers, multiple machines. Cellphone....etc all the same.

I thought it was a login issue (maybe it still is) So after much troubleshooting I was able to login; and see that if I looked in the top right corner it now indeed says "logout" ok. Good Im in. That should give me permissions. NOPE

Once I click the support dropdown and click downloads. It logs me out. And I cant download the updates I need.

Hello, no, your problem has nothing to do with the problem discussed here, which concerned a problem downloading files from the download section of the GHL site.
Your problem is related to the fact that your GHL Connect application is probably not connected to your myGHL account.
