New GHL Control Center version 1.0.7.4 for Mitras, ProfiLux and GHL Doser 2

The following changes were made in the GHL Control Center version 1.0.7.4:
- myGHL changes for new platform
- GHL Doser 2 Standalone Firmware version 1.13 added
- Further improvements
The following changes were made in the GHL Doser 2 firmware version 1.13:
- Switch to new myGHL platform
Attention, backup your settings before you update and check your settings after the update.
(After the update: Save your wifi/ lan settings and wait until the Logo changes the color from white to an another color and restart the doser.)
