Default Setting Up Email Alerts: Profilux

Since the other thread got confusing/closed, I still can't get the Profilux to send emails. GCC sends emails without a problem.
I figure it has something to do with my router configuration, but I don't know what.
I use noip.com to handle dynamic ip addresses.
I can access the Profilux remotely from any internet connection so it's port forwarding fine and allowing access to the Profilux.
But for whatever reason, there seems to be a block when trying to send email.
The Current Server-SMTP-IP field does not change when i try to send a test email. I don't know if that means anything or not.

    Any other ideas are appreciated.

    Well, today it is working.
I think I had ATT's old info in the smtp field. I used their new outbound.att.net for that field and it is sending to my gmail account or my phone as a text just fine.
