Default heat... fans dont seem to be running?

are there any way to tell if the fans are running? i cant hear them. My lamp is ready 52 degrees warm, and its only running in high effency, i need to run it as highoutput later, so i am a bit worried if the lamp will get to hot. In the software it says the fans are running at 100% even though i cant hear them.

Can you not feel hot air being pushed out the sides? Mine are currently on 43% and I can hear them as well as feel the warm air being pushed out.

when the fans run at 100% you should hear them a little bit, although we only use extremely quite fans

if you are unsure and want to check if they run: remove the back cover of the lamp and pull out the 2 metal plates on the lamp top side, then you can see all 4 fans

in the download center is our service manual for the Mitras

alright i will try this. Is it correct the max temp is 60 degress? i am just puzzled that i am so close to that max temp, and the fans are running at full, so i am worryed what would happen when i turn it on high output.
