Default any way to turn clouds off for lower range of dimming

    hi,

my light fixture has 2 dimmable ballast...

problem is at the begining of ramp up and at the end of ramp down.... the cloud funciton reduces the light to the level that causes the ballast to keep clicking on and off.....these ballast in the fauna marin trigger on and off when the voltage goes down on the dimming wire...no master power on and off....

so as the cloud function is at the lower level..it keeps turning on and off the ballast with clicking...

what would be nice is if the cloud function had logic in it to not reduce below a certain minimimum threshold so that this on /off condition doesnt happen...

update ...im not sure if it was the cloud or storm function causing it to click on and off i will have to do some testing...

then increase the lower voltage of this interface slightly, e.g. 1.5V instead of 1V

but wont that prevent it from ever turning off? or will it still go to 0 when no light is called for???

it depends on the used electronics inside the lamp an how they wired it
in our lamps we use a dedicated shut-off signal, so it would not happen with our lamps

why don't you just try it with your lamp?

    i just checked...
the low voltage was set to 0 ..i changed it to 1 and the light stayed off...

so that will probably take care of the problem
