    Default digital vs. conventional powerbar

So I discovered that my powerbar type STDL4-4D, that came with the profiset cannot be switched to digital mode (it will let you know as well by emitting a clicking sound). Not that it matters because i can control anything that i use, 4 dosing pumps, co2, dimmable light etc. So my question is to what use is the digital version, what can the digital setting do that the 'conventional profilux powerbar' can't do?

Nothing except control of 24 sockets instead of 4 at one Port (S1-S4 or S5-S8)
