So the only 2 information pieces we got from you were your email adres
and your statement that your isp (we don't know which one) seems to support non SSL/TLS email connections

With this huge heap of information its very easy to determine the problem *irony*
you should run around your desk 3 times and this it should work

no serieous:
- I suggest to you to provide some screen shots with your PLC configuration (forum can help)
afterwards when it can't be solved
- you could create a extra email adres with your isp (alot of isp allow you to have more then 1 email adres )
and you could provide the details to GHL to do some testing ( the extra email adres is needed if you don't want to supply your details of your personal email to GHL )

I have do nothing more. I have do ​​no changes in Profilux's parameters.
I have just change my ADSL box (Freebox V5 for Freebox V6).... it's mysterie for me?????
