Default Dali module and OSRAM quicktronic

    Hello, everyone.

I am new to profilux and I am trying to connect the
Dali interface to the osram quicktronic 2x54W ballasts.

As I run the recognise funtion on profilux I do not recognise the lamps.
I have bought 3 ballasts of this type. and discarded the old ones. to keep more free L ports.

    Any thoughts? Advice?
Should the ballast be power on to be recognized or off ?
The cable to connect what type? does it matter?

the Osram QTi DALI will work with the ProfiLux when the wiring is correct
(no short circuits or open connections)
the ballasts must have power during scanning

cable type - not so important, recommended min. 0.5qmm

    I tried again.
I connect 1 ballast (tried with each on of the 3)
When I run new numbering on the profilux itself it reads Ready - 0
When I click assign and I choose 1 it turns off the lamp that it is connected to, until I disconect the one of the dalli cables.

    any thoughts?

If all other seems correct and any other source for problems could be excluded, there may be a problem with your DALI card.
In this case you should send us the card to check this.
