Default Cond(s)/pH extension - which port is which?

Hopefully a simnple question - as per subject heading I'm wondering which port in my Cond(s)/pH extension card is which? They both take bnc fittings. I took my housing apart as I upgraded my IIex to a IIIex and when trying to calibrate one of my pH probes it only reads 10.5 no matter how many times I recalibrate in the lower port and I don't want to try the upper port in case that can damage it (I was "fairly" sure I had it in the right one).
    Any advice?
    thanks
    Mark

    Hello,
here an excerpt of the instruction that should come with the extension card:
"The upper, back standing BNC plug is used to connect the pH electrode, the lower, out sticking BNC plug is used to connect the conductivity electrode. Please ensure not to swap these connectors!"
